Other

Need a good excuse to not go to my friends wedding because I know he has been unfaithful to his partner and I dont want to be part of his deceit. Any ideas?

Just say no and if he asks why just say " I think you already know".You don't need an excuse.I f you are uncomfortable being there tell him so but give your reasons. He made a mistake. He is still your friend but you don't have to condone wrong doing.

Tell him you have the Flu a week before or a Virus or even Covid systems or just dont turn up If you cant directly tell him. Why Is he even Marrying this poor Girl If he cheated on her. Poor Girl. A Leopard never changes Its spots.

Simply pull him a side and just tell him how you feel

Just send an apology card, there’s no need to mention on there the reason.

Just send a regret card due to previous commitments, he'll get the gist.

Just explain as you have here. Marriage vows should be taken seriously it’s not just a party.

I wouldn't go either, you don't need an excuse , I'd just say I'm not going because he's a 🔔🔚

Does he know that you know? If he doesn't I would be truthful and tell him to his face or over phone that is the reason you won't be going, it may make him think twice in the future.

Put it to him plain and simple. I know what you have done and you should fess up to your future wife before He/she finds out.

You don't need an excuse. Just tell him that you won't be going and leave it at that. If he asks then tell him.

If ur friends tell him/her the reason why. If he cares about ur opinion he'll do the decent thing. If not, you'll know how much of a cheat and liar he is when he has to tell his wife to be the reason. Will it be the truth? If so the wedding might be called off and ur problem solved. Tricky situation as you don't wanna be the cause of a breakup. But a loveless marriage, or 1 starting off with deceit and secrets as well as unfaithfullness. Headed for disaster if u ask me. What would u expect if u were the 1 headed to the alter, to marry a cheat whos good friend knew? Or u could always fake covid, if u don't wanna get involved.

Send a message to say "Sorry, I won't be available that day, but hope it goes well" If yor asked for a reason than just be upfront. Sometimes a part of being friends is to be upfront & honest. We should call friends out on especially bad behaviour imo.

You could say you now have a conflict you have to prioritise or tell him the truth rather than make an excuse... best of luck!
