New Site Idea: Being Able to Follow Users

Feedback

This may have been mentioned before some time ago, but I am not certain so I thought I'd make this topic.

I think it would be a good idea if we were given the option to follow users (a bit like on Facebook). I would really like this to happen because certain people tend to post certain stuff. For example, with the competitions, certain people tend to post a lot of cash comps whereas someone else may tend to post magazine comps.

Also, some great competitions tend to get overlooked at times, so if we were able to follow someone who posts particular competitions, we would never miss a competition posted by that person.

Personally as someone who isn't on social media I wouldn't be in favour of this but then I am really stuck in the dark ages (Have just bought a new phone - the third I have ever had - it phones and apparently has a camera, nothing else) but I can see that some people would find it beneficial.

Were you aware that to find out about anyone on the site you can click on their name and it will show you what they have posted, how many posts etc - not exactly a 'follow' but you can for example click on 'regularcomper90' (when the name appears when thanking for a comp) and see all about them. I know that the last comp you put on the site was win a talking creepy clown head, yesterday and it has had 3 comments......

Not sure I would like to be followed, I deleted my fb account months ago due to the lack of privacy and all the scandal around it. I go on the comps every morning over breakfast and carry on from where i left off (go back to last entered tick) so I never miss any comps. Not so easy if you don't have the time i guess.

I really want this to happen. The comps and freebies I apply for are always by the same few members so I'd love to have a home page just full of their finds lol x
