NHS App to Be Used as Coronavirus Passport for International travel....
In the News
What are your views on this new development. No coronavirus passports to travel but using the NHS app.
Isn't it the same thing just worded differently?
I just seen this in my news feed but not looked into it as not planning on going abroad. They do need to do something
Will it work on old phones. Mine us not the latest Apple iPhone model. I cannot even scan the QR code as I cannot download the NHS Track and Trace app. So how will this really work for us chaps???
The only reason I got the jab was to enable me to travel, so I am hoping they can accommodate those who do not have the latest fancy phones.
Xx
I’m with a passport
You need various proof of other injections to travel to certain
Can see what the fuss about to be fair
There’s no real way to get away from this passport idea. Even if the UK says they’re ditching the idea, you’d probably need it in the country you’re trying to visit. It’s the best way to track everyone internationally
A few thoughts came to mind when I read this.
Firstly, I thought 'they' said there wouldn't be one!
The track & trace was a complete and utter, outrageously expensive, failure/disaster.
I don't have a smart phone and also know plenty of others who don't either!
It is for other countries to allow the Brits in, but to be honest it’s more important what happens when they come back into Britain. Other countries like Spain have higher rates than us.
I think its a great idea, maybe some of the people who say they're not going to have the Vaccine may change their mind, if they can't travel abroad.
