do u all believe these old wife remidies? like honey in a cup of tea makes you cough better . or vics rubbed on souls of feet n then socks on stop u from coughing in the night ... now that one does worl ive tried it x what others have u heard of and help u get better

Some of them works well... Some of them is a bit cruel like drinking salt, but there is modern herbalism and I use it. Also some plant is fantastic, realaxes and arnica helped a lot when I had leg injury.

My grandpa used to put dry powdered mustard in his hot bath for clearing a head cold, I am sure it cleared the drains too!

I am just starting to use aromatherapy oils and they are good as massage for aches and pains, lifting mood, and clearer breathing, obviously you have to use the right ones.

DarrenHelsby it’s one of the many weird Chinese ways of coping with ailments without the use of western medicines. It’s to do with the pores of the egg drawing out the blood, or at least that’s my understanding of it. If you ever get a bruise, have a boiled egg to hand! Lol
