KtNicholls I'm in a village in SW Wales.
I used to use it and only had one success where I got rid of 34 muffins that I got in an Aldi TGTG bag. Otherwise, I had no takers for several pretty good items that I posted.
As for anything available to me, there has been nothing locally
that many muffins? Is damn crazy! What did you do with them gave them away? Tasty to eat with a cup of hot tea 
or coffee 
but that’s just way to much lol 
Our Niece uses Olio in Portadown, Northern Ireland, I have seen various posts where she has loads of free food to give away that she has collected & used to joke about her delivering to Sheffield!!
I use olio regularly, l use to collect from three different people in my area, two have stopped doing collections 
, there are others but they are over a mile away and l no longer drive, the food l get goes in the fridge or freezer and I've never got poorly tummy from any of it. The app has been a godsend to me at times.

I gave away our old coffee machine on there, but there's rarely anything in our area sadly so I've never picked anything up.
I’ve used it for ages. Mostly giving away stuff rather than collecting but I have collected a few things. Depends what and where it is but I find it quite good in my area. Food is more difficult as usually not listed until too late in the day for me but some things are ok.
