I have purchased a few eligible items (advertised on the Greenjinn app) online with Sainsburys and I would like to claim cashback but Sainsburys have now gone paperless with the receipts. Do I have to print off and take a photo or is there a way of sending receipt without printing off. Thanks in advance.
If you can get clear photos of the screen they may allow the receipts that way? Some apps accept a screenshot but I can’t see how to upload a screenshot on Green Jinn, which seems a bit odd to me as that seems the simplest way for an online purchase.
GSM ahh maybe I have to change it somewhere in account. Never mind. I missed out anyway. I'm still not that great with this cashback app.
I've claimed back with Shopmium for Sainsburys but it is a bit of a faff since they've gone paperless. It involves printing the e-receipt off and laying the paper down, one under the other. (don't fold the sheets) When you take a pic make sure you overlap the pics you are taking slightly to show continuity. It's a pain but still good if you manage to get the items free to try or low cost.
