Paying P&p
Ask a Question
I've heard many people moan (not on here) about not buying a reduced item if it has p&p costs like £3.50. Do you not buy it if its not got free delivery? Obviously there are some companies/sellers/shops with outrageous p&p but if its £3.50 and less than petrol n costs n less hassle do you buy or not buy. Is it a deal breaker free p&p?
I always determine, and usually buy, which costs less; an item where the p&p is included in the price or the price is lower but p&p has to be added.
I do most of my online shopping on ebay they actually give you the choice to view items in the order: Lowest price including post and package.
My biggest gripe is that some people are conned into low price or even free offers where the p&p is astronomical. The cost of p&p where charged should never be more than it actually costs,
Depending on the item I always look for a code for free or cheaper delivery. However if it’s something I want and it’s a good deal I’d buy it anyway.
I would rather click and collect than pay for P+P to be honest. Lol If the price of the item is high then I'll be more inclined to pay P+P.
GlitchHunter I'll pay a certain amount depending on the items cost. If its high p&p i shop about for cheapest place or discounts to lower the price. If its free postage and a cheaper price i get so happy x
I pay the postage if it’s a good price. I recently bought a down gilet half price so the p&p was worth every penny. If it’s someth small it’s not always sensible to pay the postage fee unless you order a dozen.
Totally agree x always happy to get a good deal x good idea on the bulk buying x thanks for the tip x
I hate to pay P&P....sometimes if the price is still reasonable, like I bought tuberose bulbs and it was still cheaper with P&P than if I buy it from other sellers...
