Perfect Nights Sleep
Ask a Question
I had to laugh when I read this article about when to go to bed to wake up feeling rested.
If only it was that simple. Theoretically the 90 minute cycle should work but once you factor in the age of the sleeper, shift work, kids, sharing the bed, snoring and bladders that mysteriously shrink with age etc. I’d be happy with a good, solid 2 hours sleep!
Does anyone get a great sleep? This Q is aimed at the seniors members. Young readers should smile smugly about now
This may be the most ridiculous thing I've ever read. I doubt I'm not the only one who doesn't fall asleep instantly
A perfect nights sleep I'd settle for a half decent and wake up feeling semi human it would be huge improvement
I always get a good nights sleep and wake up naturally, no alarms. I walk a lot so this may have something to do with it.
