Perfume Dupes

Money Saving

Does anyone know of any perfume dupes that smell just like the original but far cheaper? I found one in Poundland called Golden Blooms eau de parfum, which costs £1. It smells just like Daisy perfume.

I bought Kate Spade Sparkle perfume a couple weeks ago for about £12. It smells identical to Very good girl by Carolina Herrera. I have both & would not be able to tell them apart.

Revolution do a good dupe of YSL Black Opium.

Leannexxx How do you know the person hasn't just bought empty original bottles and filled them with fake versions of the same perfume? You get a lot of that on ebay.

Most perfumes are just different formulations from the same basic ingredients. Perfumes cost pence to make with more money spent on the packaging and marketing. In fact marketing is a huge expense in Perfume.

They would just buy ingredients like Castoreum on the open market which is a secretion from Beaver's **** glands which has been allowed to mature over a few years after butchering various beavers. Lots of people it seems like to smell like a Beaver's **** although you rarely get beaver **** mentioned in marketing literature for perfume and as far as I know no perfume has that name.

It's good to get good honest reviews. I'm not always sure that reviews under posts that are advertising, are genuine

There are a lot of dupes now being sold one I know of is FM perfumes and there is another brand too Essence Vault. I’ve tried FM they do smell like the originals at a fraction of the price. Not sure if they last all day though.

The Essence Vault do some excellent dupes, it's very hard to tell the difference.

My favourites are the Tom Ford dupes, smell great and are a fraction of the hundreds of pounds genuine Tom Ford scents cost.

I've never had much luck with fragrance dupes, smell good when first put on but don't last.

I buy the Aldi and Lidl own perfumes. They smell amazing and are about £6.99 for a big bottle. B&M also do dupes at very reasonable prices.

I used to buy one called, wait for it .......... Bondage lol. It was a dupe of Jean Paul Gautier. My elderly friend decided to buy some from a market stall for me as she knew I liked it. It was a busy stall so the older lady found herself shouting across to the stall holder that she 'wanted Bondage' several times lol.
