If you have a John Lewis in your town it’s worth visiting, they have dozens of pillows you can try.

I always had problems with pillows, either too hard or too soft, I purchased some from Asda and they have been great, I think they were 2 for £15

We bought some a while ago from our local bed/carpet shop. The make of one of them was Mlily and they are really firm.

I got a couple from ikea. They are really hard, too hard for me so it goes underneath my soft one. I like the fact that Ikea has them all on display.

There are plenty of summer sales on at the moment so it is worth looking for better quality ones at the price you wanted to pay for your usual type. Remember to think about what position you sleep in mostly. Some are for people who sleep on their side whilst others vary in hardness and type of filling. Good luck with finding the perfect pillows.

I recommend silent night so soft. I read a review that was so me “”After trying numerous pillows from everywhere at last we have the right ones. Well filled but totally designed to sink with your head weight so comfortable without losing shape. Would highly recommend if like us you just couldn’t get a comfortable pillow. And you wouldn’t believe how many we have tried over the years.” Purchased them and couldn’t be happier as like the review I tried so many other pillows.

I think we all look for different pillows as like mattresses, my friend has a soft mattress where as I like a firm one. Maybe try Dunelm as I believe they have their pillows on display before you buy them.

Thanks for this chat 💬 topic! I was thinking to ask for recommendations too! One I got a few years ago from John Lewis has gone too soft and the stuffings coming apart.

Was a bargain was £10 paid £5 for it using a gift card!

My mum got the same one but paid £20 years later! Pfft the price went up so much for one!

Had a look on Amazon can get pack of two but so expensive!!

I ordered some shredded memory foam pillows from Amazon, quite firm, they are usually at £20 for a pair, so you may want to wait for prime day, very good but you may need to open the zipper and remove excess as pillows are quite tall otherwise, also by removing the stuffing you can reduce a hardness. 100 NIGHTS TRIAL with them so if you not gonna like them you can simply return.
