Ask a Question

I am getting very concerned re facial wrinkles haha however I cannot for the life of me fathom sleeping on my back- so how do we all sleep any tips for converting to a back sleeper?

I have to sleep on my side and most often facing the wall. When I have had stomach problems in the past the only way I could force myself to sleep on my back was using a wedge pillow and lots of other pillow so I was half way sitting up. Then I could sleep facing up.

I always start sleeping on my left side, pretty much recovery position.. I’ve heard that’s good for your organs because it doesn’t put so much pressure on them...

I sleep on my right side. My husband snores like a freight train going through the room but if he sleeps on his left side he doesn't snore as much consequently we have our backs to each other. 🙄

I do not think sleeping cause wrinkles....more about if not not sleep enough and u not eat healthy oils and minerals, vitamins benefit the skin.

Also it is good to massage.....

I used to sleep on my back too but when i was pregnant i used a body pillow or a ‘V’ shaped pillow to sleep on my side, now I still sleep on my side.

I'm a dead sleeper, sleeping in recovery position on my right and don't move again until I wake up.

I sleep on my back. I use headache balm mist from a company called herbs On the hill and it helps me to sleep.
