Kebabs can be a healthy option. The fat drains off and there's plenty of salad.

I suppose a sushi takeaway would be quite healthy S

telmel Sushi should be a giveaway not a takeaway lol. I wouldn't eat it for free. Only joking it's soo healthy.Only wish I liked fishy stuff but it's spicy meat for me.

There’s a lot of vegan and vegetarian friendly places near me - I wouldn’t get food from there myself, but there are options

I think you can make a takeaway healthier but in most cases it should be a treat that you accept will be a bit bad for you. For example if you have chicken tikka(chicken pieces not in a curry sauce) and rice from an indian that would be a lot more healthy

Find a healthier way of cooking your own. Many people learned to do this during covid, when many takeaways etc weren't allowed to open.

A lot of takeaways have loads of MSG which you wouldn't get away with buying the same food from a supermarket. I certainly don't think Indian, Chinese or British takeaways are healthy. I've had a kebab occasionally and that certainly isn't healthy either. Burgers or pizzas certainly aren't. I'm struggling to think of any healthy takeaways, it certainly isn't subway. I've yet to see a takeaway that does healthy salads for delivery, I don't think there are any around here for sure.

If I'm cutting back and everyone else in the family wants a KFC, I opt for the Zinger Rice Box.

Rather tasty and under 600 calories, with plenty of salad.

tbh I dont look for healthy when i consider a take a way. My wife is an amazing cook and we get great healthy meals. When she is out or we just want to give her night off we go for a takeaway which is ordered purely on taste as a treat.

You can always choose a healthier option but I question whether any takeaway is truly healthy.

If purchasing as a take away I think you would find it hard to find an enjoyable one that is also healthy but I think that’s the whole point of take away is to treat yourself every now and then.

A takeaway for my family is a treat night so we're not really thining about being healthy on this occasion 😜.

It will undoubtedly vary from region to region. In London there are places like atis - atisfood.com/ and Urban Greens - urbangreens.co.uk/

Yeah, depending on your choices I think Subway is a good healthy option. I love their salad bowls

The healthiest I can think of is Itsu and Nando’s but they may be on the pricey side and not that healthy in reality.

However you could probably create a healthy fakeaway and put it in the fridge or freezer and it would do the job!

Maybe check these recipes out:

Good luck and wish you the best on your journey!
