Postie Took My Freebies :(

Freebies

Has anybody else had this happen? There's been several occaisions when letters look like they've been opened but today there was supposed to be I think 4 bodyform samples in my post, it had clearly been opened and there was only one in there. I'm hoping they just fell out, but you never know.

I have a fantastic postman who I can pretty much set my watch by. No matter what alias or what state the envelope, he delivers it to me. The only problems occur when he is off sick or on annual leave as it all goes pearshaped, missing or ends up next door (luckily my neighbour on the left-hand side is a postwoman, so she always gives it to me.) I had the bodyform sample pack today and yes, there was 4 samples inside.

I thought there should have been. Its a weird thing for someone to want to steal so I'm hoping it just got damaged in transit. I'm too embarassed to find out though lol! Is it rude to ask bodyform for another one? 😂

Tasha042 From what I've read on facebook when parcels are damaged or turn up empty it would appear most companies are very gracious and will send a replacement. You could try taking a photo and emailing Bodyform and explain this is how it turned up. They might send you another. Some tena liners are available at the moment (I got those too), so go for those as well.

Thankyou 🙂 I will see what they say. I've heard that the royal mail has a lost property section, but I don't really want to ask for bodyform 😂

I've just had to read through my old emails and I saw this: #CHALLENGEBODYFORM!

Each pack contains 2 x Fresh Protect Ultra Towels, 1 x Goodnight XL Ultra Towel, 2 x Multistyle Liners and 2 x 50p off coupons

Did you get all of these?

Oh good, I emailed bodyform and they're looking into it and sending another one. I've also emailed the Royal mail.

Sorry to hear this. It's never happened to me.and I hope it does not. There some more panty liners on the site now. You could go and get them. Hope this helps you.

Just report it to Royal Mail. I think if you google them, you will find the contact details and further information of how to report things like this to them - if it’s happening to you, it’s probably happening to lots of others in your neighbourhood

I suspected that we had a rogue postman in the past and reported. Though they did respond to say they’d investigate, they never got back to me again. However, I don’t have my mail tampered with anymore

Hmm that's interesting, thanks for the reply. They must have investigated but I guess they wouldn't want to report back their findings if they're at fault. I will see if I can just email them then, thank you x

Tasha042 you’re welcome. I’m sure they did investigate, but as postal theft is considered a crime, they probably didn’t want me to know too much about it. They just want to you send them the evidence by photo and so they can look into it. I hope it gets sorted soon

Thankfully I have never had this happen to me, my postmen are very reliable. I agree with the others though, definitely report it to Royal Mail and see if Bodyform will send another one.
