I decided to make a chat room for those who are in to or have recently purchased a potato planting bag. Maybe we could share potato seed deals, help each other with our growing techniques and share our results.
So who out in the land of LatestDeals grows potatoes in a bag and can share tips and tricks, or even spectacular failures?
My first questions are where will you be getting your seed potatoes from and what kind of soil will you be using?
Well I may be alone here. I will talk to myself! Yay I got my potato bags today and it worked out perfect for my son to use for a challenge badge at Cub Scouts so we are doing a bag each. Time to get chitting.
Hi jmsoni I would like to grow potatoes but I am not sure what potatoes to grow in pots. This is my first time. I will be growing other things in pots. Good luck with growing yours. 
If you have a chitted potato and you put it in a pot with some earth and keep it watered you will grow potatoes. Don't worry about the type.
