What do you guys have for lunch and dinner?

Today I had ham and cheese wrap with peri peri sauce. I always forget about dinners when shopping

I had a tuna and corn sandwich 
with lettuce and pack of crisps with a cup of coffee 
It’s a headache thinking what to cook to eat for both meals..
eating same foods too

Sandwiches- not really recipe sorry. Omelettes or soups for lunch.
Don’t really cook much for dinners any more. Used to do casseroles.

Cheese & Chives toasted sandwich. You can do a lot with a Panini press If you think about It.
Our favourite simple meal is to just put some chopped peppers,courgette,red onion in a tray seasoned with paprika. Add some chicken fillets to oven too. When all cooked place all on top of a flat bread & finish with a skirt of sauce ( my fav is the nandos peri mayo). Quick, easy & tasty.

Stir fry, spag bol, pasta bake, pasta salad, mac n cheese, toasties, tacos, burritos, jacket potato, soup with bread, beans on toast, pizza, lasagna, curry, sausage and mash
with soup 
hoops with toasted bread for lunch today 
I have soup at work. Kids have have a sandwich bit of cake and fruit.
I roast a chicken on a Sunday as that does for a few days and make things like stir fry from left overs
