Do You Have a Refurbished Aldi near You
Ask a Question
Our local Aldi is being refurbished do you think it’s better than before and do you feel you are paying more than before to cover the refurbishment cost?
I haven’t noticed any of my local Aldi being refurbished but they definitely need it. Maybe they are starting in certain areas first.
Ours definitely needed it ! hoping they do the one in town next. since they did lidl thats been my preference but saying that our asda is coming in line with the majority of aldi prices if not cheaper
Before we moved we had a refurbished Aldi. Now we have the older style. I am not bothered if it is refurbished or not, as long as I can get what I need and its affordable. Our Lidl is a bit older too, but doesn't bother me as I can get everything I need.
Krazykeys2009 mine not been refurbished but prices have gone up a lot recently.
I nipped after work yesterday and got 1 plastic carry bag of stuff and it was £30
I couldn't believe it. I only got couple of ready meals, some fruit, laundry stuff, pop.
We've got a old one, but I know they're planning to build a New one close by. They'll get rid of the old one, once the new ones build
We have a refurbished one. Don’t know about prices differences but the new swing close doors are a right pain. I hate waiting while someone dives in and rifles through everything
One near us has been done, it's really nice, it also now has self-scan tills which are a Godsend if you only have a few items and all the checkouts are full of people queueing with full trolleys. We're SE London.
They all seem to be recently refurbished near me. I haven't noticed the prices go up but I've seen a lot of confused shoppers wandering around because nothing is where it was before.
