According to the Times newspaper(must be true then)The King has an established morning routine. He wakes before 7am, reads the morning papers with a cup of tea in hand at the same time as listening to the Today programme. The 75-year-old Regent then does a headstand in his boxer shorts, to help his spine – Sometimes he holds off until later – before dressing. After dousing himself in aftershave (Dior’s Eau Sauvage) and having his breakfast (seasonal fruits and yoghurt), he then makes a start on his paperwork at around 8am.I'm still contemplating my toast but then I am more of a night owl.What about the rest of you LD dwellers.How does your day start? 
Lol what a routine. Nuts to that. I get up have a brew and just about functions
I get up, have a coffee and go about my day, no set routine, Charles a king lol what a joke
