Secret Santa

Ask a Question

We are playing secret Santa at work & I have gotten the only person at work I don't know. I would usually get a naughty/funny present but I don't know if that's appropriate or not. I've tried fishing for hints but he is I'm very quiet & not giving much away. He is Male, early 30's, drives & doesn't eat sweets 😂 that's all I know.

We have up to £10 to spend on each other.

What would you buy if it was your secret Santa & had £10 to spend?

If I didn't know them and they aren't giving away any details then I would buy them a £10 gift voucher so that they could decide for themselves.

MrsCraig I never thought about that. I normally try to get something funny or personal but this dude just isn't for giving up anything I even asked one of the other guys but he says he doesn't talk much about himself either. I will definitely keep a gift card in mind if I can't come up with anything, thank you x

It doesn't sound as if he is the type to appreciate anything naughty or funny. I don't know if you could get driving gloves for a tenner, or maybe a scarf?

Lynibis I totally agree. I don't know why he agreed to play to be honest. Well I've dropped lots of hints just incase he got me 😂

MelissaLee1 I did think about a t-shirt or something but I don't want to offend if I get the size wrong

😂Sounds like my brother in law when younger. Tech, stationery, socks. He doesn’t eat sweets either but biscuits are always a winner.

I would probably get a gift voucher, or money towards a meal somewhere.

A work mug? As in a mug to keep in the office? I'd do a treat package of biscuits and chocolate 🍫

Depends on the person who you have to get gift for but anything like maybe a mini hamper - wind up sprouts toy, chocolate or fudge and face mask bath salts or mini games puzzles or word search books, grinch or novelty socks, multi tool keyring, stress ball homebargains, heron foods ,b&m and local supermarkets have good range between them.
