I suppose some people have more money than sense plus this is in the Guinness Book of Record, they also have the record for most expensive Milkshake 🙂https://nypost.com/2021/07/13/nyc-serendipity3-breaks-world-record-with-200-french-fries/

£144 sounds a bonkers figure, I can't justify that cost especially as I don't particularly like potatoes. But if I were a millionaire or billionaire then I would try it and it's only small change then.

ch7leach I've never heard of anyone who doesn't like potatoes.

Mind you, I thought it was strange that PinkElephant26 didn't like beans.

*Just decided to have fried potatoes, beans and an egg for breakfast. Thanks for the suggestion, guys.

TheChimp don't get me wrong I do eat potatoes but they are one of my least favourite foods so if they were missed off my plate I would not worry. Mainly only have them because the wife loves potatoes and could probably survive on just those lol

Even if I was a millionaire I don't think I'd try, just for the fact it its far too overpriced for what it is. My other half has always said about me " If you win the lottery, you'll still buy stuff with sale stickers on" 🤣 I hate paying full price - even if I can afford it.

They don't look very nice in that final result picture in the article. I wouldn't pay that price for a plate of chips, no matter how fancy they are.

These chips would go well with the €5,000 The Golden Boy burger from de Daltons in the Netherlands.

Wanna try some expensive chips when they're full price? Try these ....

It's basically 700g of normal chips with 3 seasoning packets with them.

What an absolute con.

I’ll stick with our local chippy thank you. If offered one of those chips I wouldn’t refuse but doubt I would want another.
