I’ve found it’s not bout how much sleep I get but the quality of the sleep. I can have 7/8 hrs of poor sleep and feel terrible next day r get 2/3 hrs great quality sleep and feel like I’ve slept all nite and feel great the next day

I try to go sleep around 10.30-11 and get up 7 most mornings but how much sleep I actually get ....

I don't sleep well although I gave chronic fatigue so I wake up feeling tired no matter how much sleep I have

It depends. Some nights it is 9 hours, others I wake up early and can't go back over so it's closer to 6 hours. If it is 6 hours of quality sleep then it is fine, if it is broken sleep then I'm exhausted the next morning.

If I didn’t disturbed by my husbands snoring I could sleep at least ten hours. I have no problems falling asleep. I am holiday at the moment and we have a spare bedroom which I used last night. But still heard my husband snoring. But sleep we get is on a cruise ship, it literally rocks you to sleep.

I suffer with myoclonic jerks which are most prolific when I lay down. I have torn several muscles in the past just by trying to go to sleep and the myoclonus severly jolting my body. For a few years now I have been taking a prescribed medicine at night called Zopiclone and I also take 10mg of Melotonin. By taking these I usually have a decent nights sleep although it can vary depending on neighbour noise and pain caused by my other disabilities. I wish you well ~ hugs

I have had sleeping problems for around 8/9 years now. sometimes I just lay in bed all night or i'll get up for 2/3 hrs and sit downstairs. I may have one good night out of 4 if i'm lucky, I always think tonight will be better but doesn't work like that, i have been taking Rescue Night Gummies but don't seem to do much for me. There's times i'm awake around 4 and sleep for around 4 hours but each night is different.

I get about 4 to 11 hours but mostly 8-9hrs. My cat often wakes me at random times as hungry or wants to go out.

Oh to have a decent nights sleep, l can try to get to bed for 11pm most nights, l live in a flat so my upstairs neighbour's can keep me up some nights, (talking, running a bath, toilet visits) as can my next door neighbour's, the foxes in the garden and finally my thirteen year old dog likes to go a loo in the garden around 4am then 6am oh and then 7am for good measure 🤣

I think I'm very lucky as I tend to get between 7-8hours or good if not reasonable quality sleep most nights

I don't sleep very well, I'm lucky if I get 3 hours, it's always been this way, I'm used to it

martinlufc5637 My mother's like that, she seems to worry about everything sadly. I try not to worry about anything really and prime my dreams as much as possible so I start thinking about stuff I want to dream about. A common dream for me is escaping into another dimension where I have a large multi-storey cottage in a deep forest and have a lot of highly intelligent sabre tooth tigers as pets. Sounds weird I know but it makes me motivated to sleep. There are also dragons there that fly by on occasion. I try to avoid dreaming about stuff in the real world.

Give or take 30 minutes I am in bed at 11, read until 12 and get up at 7.30am. My bodyclock is very finely tuned and I find 7.5 hours is my optimum, I would begrudge sleeping longer as I don't know how much time I have left, you're a long time dead!😂😂😂

Not really Sure exactly how much sleep I get every night but I think minimum I get is at least 3 hours and I usually want to keep sleeping but I do have to get up even if I don't want.

A full five hours with no r l syndrome, tinnitus, unable to sit still, over thinking or being over tired, is more beneficial and rare personally, than any longer. Cat naps in the day, not pro active.! 🥴

If I get four or five hours sleep every night, I'm doing well.

I get around like 4-6 hours of sleep as I do nightshift so during the day especially now that it's starting to warm up people are out doing there gardens and kids are playing so I won't get much.
