hrdaniels1980 🥺 poor soul. Have you tried YouTube or podcast meditations to try help you? Can sympathise. I used to have to listen to the same guy on YouTube few times a night after an ordeal six odd years ago and he’s still my go to when I can’t sleep properly.

I'm 54, during the week I get 4-6 hours sleep but on the weekend I definitely sleep in,I think I relax as I don't have to get up for work or I'm just tired 😊 So sleep 8 - 10 hours

I love how people are perfectly fine with giving out their ages to some random stranger on the internet. 😆😂🤣

I rarely sleep more than 5 hours and that’s broken sleep. Being awake gives me time to post deals and comments on this site.

Around 8 hours. I used to be insomniac in my teens and early 20s and all of a sudden I started sleeping properly, only get very occasional insomnia now.

It’s 2:57 am and I can’t get to sleep. I’ve given up trying so I’m now about to play backgammon after checking this site.

I sleep about 7-8 hours normally. Mostly 8 hours but occasionally only 6 hours so I think the average would be about 7-8 hours.

Recently, it’s not been much. Maybe 3, 4 or 5 hours? Mind you, I got 7 last night and felt worse than when I got less
