I cant sleep .. i struggle to get to sleep then stay asleep any tips or tricks for me ?

try relaxing c.d's or soft low music....essential oils,
lavender is one of the best for sleeping and jasmine as well is good for making you sleepy...

ReplyThe easiest way to get to sleep can be - to try to stay awake.
Mind games can help too - it distracts the mind from what is keeping you awake.
One of my favourite mind games is to go through the alphabet thinking of boys or girls names that begin and end with the same letter, Amanda - Bob - Cedric etc. (just to start you off).
