Do You Sleep Walk?

Yes I have done - always been embarrassing - but prefer not to think about it , as I sleep without clothes - Not a pretty sight !

I sleep talk occasionally. I dont usually remember but OH always delights in telling me. My dad used to sleep talk so I blame him.

My sister does and I've seen it in person, and boy was it scary! She was actually on her feet, with her eyes open and speaking to me, but she didn't remember anything.

There was a time where she dressed one of her boys for school and it was 4 am, so.. if her husband wasn't around maybe she would have left and god knows where she would end up.

I did as a child, I don't now thank goodness. I am curious why it happens in the elderly? Not all is down to confusion, some must be down to age alone. My partner falls asleep and thinks he's elsewhere I think I'll be baring the doors next.
