Recently ordered face paint that made my daughter's face swell - complained to the company who sent her a lovely gift pack as way of apology.
Also ordered under eye defined that wasn't described as being make up and appeared to show clear in the pictures. When turned up was beige and unsuitable so they refunded without having to return.

My family ordered Pizza at the weekend and was given the wrong toppings on one of the Pizza that was ordered along with a lot of green chilis which was not requested to be added to the Pizza so I called up to complain and was offered a free pizza on next order.
