How to Avoid Meat Sticking to the Tray?

As some of you know on here I'm not cook 🤣 but I went to a butchers and got a load of me had rids yesterday and they was pretty much stuck and it took me a while to get them off is there a way that they won't stick as I've just tin foil and its still the same

Always use a rack. Place the meat on a wire rack and then put it inside a tray that's deep enough to catch the juices. You can, if you want, oil the rack lightly

comriegold so true the amount of meat I've left being stuck I don't normally cook alot of fresh meat it's normally frozen but I'm trying something new trying to get my oldest to eat some meat

I always use greaseproof (baking) paper and nothing ever seems to stick.

I use it in air fryer too, as long as food is heavy enough to keep it down otherwise the hot air blows it upwards and it can burn.

Lynibis oh so I can use that for meat? I've only used that for cakes

Leannexxx you can more or less use for anything. I roast potatoes on it😋 I also put a layer of foil under the paper for extra protection for my pans, less scrubbing lol!

We tend to use the greaseproof paper to stop anything sticking to the baking trays it's far better than foil.

I buy those non stick Teflon type sheets from Amazon. Cut it to fit your roasting dish and just wash in soapy water after use.

I tend to use a glass dish when cooking these days as so much sticks to tins. I did purchase some from John Lewis, paid extra but they were really good for a long time.

Grease proof paper will sort this issue, I use it for everything

You can get nonstick tin foil Image or use a wire rack

martinlufc5637 they is a cheaper one for £1.49 in home bargains as I have picked it up to try Image as the other one is getting more expensive
