I have always worn either a nightie or Pjs to bed. As I have only ever lived in houses with one family bathroom so don't want to have to get dressed to go to the loo in the middle of the night 
Plus we turn the heating off during the night
So can't say if this study is correct, what about you ?
The UK isn't the warmest , I think it's because I lived with my family then had a family that didn't feel free enough to walk around nude 
I sleep nude and don't sleep very well, or at least wake regularly. Probably need a new mattress
If it is really hot in the summer, then I have been known to sleep in the nude, but not in the winter!! It is far too cold to sleep in the nude during the winter! Plus if you live in a house with only one family bathroom then it could be a bit awkward!
I onlh sleep in t shirt as i cant sleep with bottems on i end up waking with sore legs
I always wear pjs or nightie, i like to be cosy. I also have an electric blanket. I struggle to sleep and the heat helps me fall asleep
It’s way more comfier sleeping in the buff, which I’m happy to do even during the winter if I find it hard to sleep
