Which Survey Sites Have Not Paid Out?

Have you ever used a survey site other than our good old LD that hasn't paid out or lived up to expectations. I gave up with swagbucks ages ago when they wanted me to send them a copy of my passport to acquire the vouchers they owed me and just recently Prime Opinions have managed to lose my vouchers too. It's bit annoying what do you think?
A good survey site is five Survey if you put it in to Google u will find it after doing 5 surveys u get five pounds in to your PayPal or you can have vouchers and there's always lots of surveys to be taken you can easily earn more money if you want
I gave up with Swagbucks too. Others rave about it but it's not for me. Life points owes me £20 that I will never get. I got enough points to claim and was told they had closed my account because I had broken the rules. I certainly hadn't, so I argued with them but they just kept giving m the same copy and paste answer so I gave up. I'm a member of 7 other survey sites and never had a problem getting my vouchers.
MrsCraig Same thing happened to me with Life Points, and looking at the reviews on Trust Pilot it looks like many other people have been having the same problem. Unless Life Points starts taking members' complaints seriously then they will eventually go out of business as they won't have many members left.
RegularComper91 I've heard a few people saying that they had the same problem. I emailed them I don't know how many times about it but they kept denying it was their fault. I don't think they will last much longer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
MrsCraig Just reading your comment and I’m gobsmacked. The same thing happened to me with LifePoints a while back. They have my money, they closed my account, said I had broken the rules. I got in touch to ask which rule but they just kept saying account closed. I tried numerous times to get a proper answer and never did. Such a shame it was a good site.
eyeballkerry it is strange that it has happened to so many people. Like you I tried numerous times to find out which rule I had broken but never got a proper response.
MrsCraig The last thing I done with them was a daily drinks diary, which I completed over seven days. I never got paid for that plus I had money in the account from other surveys. Something odd going on.
eyeballkerry definitely something odd going on. I got to £20 and went to cash out and that's went I was told I had broken the rules. Definitely something not right. What happens to that £20 that they wouldn't give me?
MrsCraig We need find out how many more people have had their accounts closed with money still pending. Maybe Tom can help us out here.
eyeballkerry just on this chat there are 3 of us that it has happened to, so I image there will be a lot of others.

MrsCraig I think they pay one or two to fool people that it's legit and keep the rest, quite a scam.
EmmaWright762 I got my first pay out from them but that was it. Never got another one. It is awful that they are able to get away with it.
Well I tried oppinio and it was terrible, odd survey now and then so getting points was slow, when I eventually reached enough points for a £10 voucher, I couldn't log into my account, constant errors,ci gave up in the end
It is annoying when these sites and apps don’t pay out, i know people say it’s free money/vouchers but it’s not really cause it takes our time.
I’m using prolific atm and people seem to be happy with it. Managed to make £24 so far this week. Yougov have always paid out pretty quickly for me but the surveys aren’t so frequent
Some good news regarding this. I got in touch with Marks & Spencer as the voucher codes I chose were with them. They have replied that they are going to investigate Prime Opinion. I'm glad because Marks & Sparks have been great over the years and it could tarnish their image being connected with such ratbags.
EmmaWright762 that's great. I must admit I had never heard of Prime Opinion, it isn't one of the sites that I use. Hope M&S get it sorted for you quickly.
