What is Telegram?
Telegram is similar to WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger but much faster. It is an instant messaging service where you can talk to friends, or in our case, subscribe to deal updates.

- After you have installed Telegram, sign up for free.
- Then click here.

Why are you doing Telegram?
LatestDeals.co.uk already does WhatsApp notifications, which this will be the same as, so why change? We have been speaking to WhatsApp for a few weeks and unfortunately they are turning off the ability for businesses to send messages to everyone as we currently do it.
This means we will no longer be able to do our WhatsApp messages. For this reason, we are switching to Telegram (download Telegram here and subscribe to Latest Deals).
WhatsApp deal notifications will stop from December 2019.
How much does Telegram cost?
Telegram is free for everyone. It's free to install and it's free to subscribe to deal notifications from LatestDeals.co.uk.
Why does Telegram ask for access to call and message?
Telegram is exactly the same as WhatsApp in that it is a messaging app. Therefore, to work, it needs to be able to send and receive messages. It does not read messages on your phone. In fact, Telegram is celebrated as being much more private and data secure than WhatsApp, and is used by people who do not like WhatsApp's data policy. If you don't like it, you can always delete it at any time.

How do I stop getting WhatsApp after I've signed up to Telegram?
After you have switched to Telegram, you may wish to unsubscribe from WhatsApp (our WhatsApp messages end in December anyway). To unsubscribe from our WhatsApp messages, just type "STOP".

I have downloaded this to my mac no problems. I find it works better for me. Less notifications popping up on my phone.
Just joined. So much better asi am on ipad more and missed out via WhatsApp in the past.

Brilliant. I do prefer Telegram although everyone used WhatsApp. No problem here. All joined up

You can get Telegram for LatestFreeStuff.co.uk by installing Telegram (see instructions above) and then searching "Latest Free Stuff" within the app.
Will it go a tablet. I have no phone with it. I just have a basic phone. But I was just asking thank you for your help. 
Sadly it looks like Telegram isn't available on Amazon Fire devices at the moment (from what I can see!). I'll see if there are any alternative solutions we can work out

I had deleted Telegram when I stopped playing WWE and Pokemon lol so just downloaded it again and joined.

I think it works for me downloaded, signed up then added latest deala on the chats now I see deals not sure when I will get my next notification x
