I get stuff wrong and I don’t always understand why- their patience with me knows no bounds! I’m sure they must think ‘what has this woman done now’ lol. But they are polite, kind and as I have said oh so very patient!!

M3l1ssA i think they do a fabulous job. Having to deal with people like me and some of the stupid questions I ask. When they explain something to me I sit and wonder where was my brain- why did I need to ask that question- it should have been common sense lol.
