What Do You Think of Buffets?
Other
are they a good place to eat lots of food? or just a waste of money? I have been to good ones, usually abroad. The ones in the UK often serve old food
I do like the idea of them but am often disappointed with the quality and variety. I don't go to fill my face and can rarely manage more than a small second helping but I like having the choice and trying a bit of everything, especially in an Indian Restaurant.
If your in London and know a good buffet let me know, most of the ones I've been to food is just about edible. I think Cosmo is the only one I can think of which is alright-ish and they are just boarding London.
They’re hit and miss. Great in a lot of countries when I’m abroad, as the food a fresh. The ones here tend to serve reheated, stale food.
European buffets are good I do like the all inclusive holidays iv been on with the food selection
I haven't been on many Euro trips recently, I would say over the 10 odd year most trips I've been on is to Asia. Asia has amazing buffets
I avoid buffets if I’m honest, unless it’s a friend/family members birthday and they’ve picked the location. I’d rather pay for one really good meal then have several plates of average food.
I know what your saying London has horrible buffets the food is extra cooked under the heat lamps of death!!
Buffets in London are not great at all. But some really good ones abroad with fresh seafood can be really worth it!!
I am a fan of a buffet. I like being able to try new foods without the price tag. Then when I do go for a nice meal out I know which food to order from testing them out at buffets!
In my experience the food in buffets tend to be lower quality. I'd rather go elsewhere and pay a bit more to get something I enjoy.
I love a good buffet, always nice to eat out with the wife on a Sunday evening. Really romantic.
