SOLVED -Top Cashback Why Can't I Withdraw?

Ask a Question

I might be being stupid but why do I get an email from them saying I have £2.10 to pay out? I go into account and says sweet you can payout £2.10! Actually though under withdraw it says 0.00? Does it have to get to £10 minimum or something? Why say I can when actually I can’t? I have only used it twice so am new to it. Thanks.

There is an annual fee of £5, so it will be collected from any earnings, you do benefit from higher payouts and other offers x

You can opt out

nina090976 Are you saying I have no cashback yet as I have to pay £5? I didn’t know this. So actually I haven’t earned anything. Why send me an email to payout? It doesn’t make sense.

JLouM Technically you earned £2.10 from one of your purchases. Their automated tech is confusing in your case as mine had been taken in dribs & drabs over each payout. Never the whole lot like yours. But you can go back to free which would be better if not using much. I get £300 c/back per year so my £5 is amply covered

nina090976 Yes, opt out.

I did that years ago. It's not worth it paying £5.

PhilipMarc I thought I was just a basic member. I didn’t ask to be a plus one?

PhilipMarc Can you tell me where to opt out? I can’t see an option box. I don’t want to pay £5. I don’t use it enough. Thanks.

It is worthwhile if you do a fair bit of online shopping, as long as it tracks your purchases, your rewards will build up in time. Every so often the site offers little money bonuses too x

I pay £5 a year. Have to earn up to a fiver once a year to pay. If you use the site regularly it's easily done

Jerseydrew For years TCB hasn't been worth too much for me. It did use to be great years ago.

Quidco is even less reliable.

I have 3 topcashback accounts and have 1 that I pay the premium for as I use that account for home insurance, car insurance and some other larger purchases so the extra cashback is worthwhile. I think if you use your cashback to buy Tesco giftcards for example you get a 2.5% bonus on the standard account but 5% on the premium account. I'm not sure how much I pay out as Tesco giftcards per year a guesstimate is £80 so I guess that pays £2 of the £5 fee just for that.

BonzoBanana I have only just started to use it and I don’t use it much. The £5 is not worth it to me yet. Maybe later. How do I opt out please?
