Two Tablespoons of Vinegar before Breakfast, Could You Stomach That ?
Ask a Question
This is what Victoria beckham says she uses daily to keep herself thin, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before she eats breakfast
Vinegar is not only for weight loss but has many medicinal properties, said to have the same positive effect as anti biotics and also to keep the skin clear amongst other benefits
But the thought of waking up to swallow two tablespoons of it is not that appealing, in fact it makes me feel nauseous
I think i will stick to vinegar on my fish and chips
Could you or do you follow this regime ?

The idea of that is rough. Posh probably gets all sorts of other things done aswell that we aren't told about
I get through a lot of apple cider vinegar. I use it for salad dressings for a start. However often the benefits are over-stated. I reckon she is thin because she doesn't eat much rather than cider vinegar. One of the benefits of apple cider vinegar and other vinegars is we don't eat rotting food like we used to which tends to be more acidic and the modern diet is far more alkaline so increasing the acidity of your stomach can be beneficial and stabilise your stomach acidity.
I'm pretty sure you can get apple cider tablets/capsules so if you don't like the taste you can just buy capsules that contain the fluid.
I've also seen people that make a drink out of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, water and stevia drops which is meant to have a nice taste and also beneficial to your health.
BonzoBanana Coincidentally someone posted a deal last week for vinegar gummies B, another way to take it
telmel Probably an expensive way though. Even basic bottled cider vinegar seems to have gone up quite a lot. I used to get 500ml bottles for less than a pound. Those options seem to have disappeared. I'd be lucky to get a 350ml bottle for that now.
BonzoBanana Yes, price increases like this do tend to leave a sour taste in your mouth
Love vinegar on fish and chips but wouldn't have it neat from a spoon, I wouldn't believe a word she says
martinlufc5637 I bet becks shies away from giving her that morning kiss after she has been guzzlng vinegar M
Some are naturally slim, I’m not. My sister was like a bean pole and ate more than me. We just need to accept our bodies.
I would definitely try it if it would work as good as she suggests but seriously doubt it
Imnotcheap You would probably lose weight through being ill drinking the vinegar everyday I
I could drink vinegar.I love the stuff.I used to have two spoons in warm water first thing and last thing but it never made me any thinner sadly and wrecked all the enamel on my teeth.I like onion vinegar on my chips.
Yeah I've done it before but to be honest apple cider vinegar alone isn't going to keep u slim you still have to put a load of effort in like diet & exercise
I tried this a while back as I was told it would help my arthritis but I didn’t last long as I couldn’t stomach it. I think the bottle is still in the back of the cupboard
Heres a very good article on the benefits of drinking it and things to be careful of ref diabetes etc
Tried cider vinegar first spoon weren’t to bad but after that tasted like calpol with no sugar lol
Absolutely not, that would be such a strong flavour first thing in the morning, and to be honest I wouldn't want to be as thin as VB!
I heard that this vinegar has many benefits but I don't think it's good in the long run for this particular purpose .. I'm guessing it can cause ulcers in the stomach and won't help gastritis
I tried it once for the health benefits. It stayed in the fridge for months afterwards and I ended up ditching it, such a waste as it's not cheap. I could be wrong but I think you can take it in gummy or capsule form now.
Lynibis Yes L, you are correct, i posted it near the top of the thread , they were on LD last week on offer

I have it daily, usually first thing. It has many benefits - mine was to deal with some niggly knee issues I used to have, particularly in the winter months. I got my dad to start drinking vinegar too for his gout
It won’t be the same kind of malt vinegar you have on your chips
