Do You Use Tracking Tags (Apple Tag / Samsung Smart Tag)?

Ask a Question

If you ever lose or forget your keys, wallet, or phone this could be really useful.

I never thought I'd need it until a few days ago I accidentally dropped my wallet at my dad's farm and then panicked not knowing where it was or if a stranger had it. That was a horrible experience.

Parents could use it to track their children to know where they are. These types of parents get called "overly protective," but now you're better off having it than not.

This mother certainly wishes she had done so:

I hope they find Audrii alive and well.

Don’t use one personally but i know a few people who do. I can see why parents would want to track their kids tbh

jms19 That poor girl I mentioned in the main post was found dead. Sick world. 😞

Those parents didn't deserve her.

I put a EUFY tag in my suitcase when I go on holiday.

Got quite the shock last Christmas when I took me seat on the plane in Vienna, it was showing my suitcase was still in the main airport building.

Luckily it was just that it hadn't updated its location, and we were fully reunited at Stanstead.

My husband wears a Garmin watch when he goes out running and sends me a link. I can keep track of his forest runs because a friend of his had a really bad accident.

Lol I don't even know what they are, but you know what they say 'you can't miss what you've never had'.

I use an AirTag in my bag when travelling, generally travel carry on only but good to know if you need to check your bag on a flight, put in the cargo hold of a bus etc you can be sure it's travelling with you and set notifications for if it isn't near you.

I use the chipolo ones myself. I have one on each set of keys (work/home) my wallet and one with my passport. Sends me free reminders if I forget one and leave it at home. Or if I put them somewhere safe I can find them or find my phone if that's somewhere safe...I find them useful
