What is Your Most Used Gaming Device?

Ask a Question

I recently read of someone who had spent close to 3000 pounds on the latest gaming PC but actually spent more time playing games on his mobile. What gaming device do you use the most. It could be a mobile, tablet, laptop, games console or smart TV etc. I think for me it is probably a mobile at the moment but has been a desktop PC in the recent past.

My phone for me can't play on anything else because the effects make me sick

Mine is my iPhone nowadays.

Used to be the X-Box One, but now it's just used as a Blu-ray Player.

Currently it has been my phone as I have found a few games that are fun to play and keep me entertained for a bit.

My iPad gets the most use for gaming these days. It’s easy to use as I do other things

I can't say I'm surprised its mobile phones and tablets. It's the devices we often carry about nowadays so they are always with us. Whenever I'm waiting I will typically take out my phone and often play a game or two. However I remember in the past having long gaming sessions into the early morning on a console or PC. I've not done that in recent years.

I'm still using a PlayStation 4 (which I won in a competition), but may upgrade to a 5 when Grand Theft Auto VI is released next year. I only play games like Sudoku on my phone.

I have a PS5 which I bought with some vouchers that I won. I don't think I'd ever have got round to buying one. I'm not a big gamer, although occasionally I'll get really immersed in a game and spend a lot of time on it. The last time that happened was with Assassin's Creed - Mirage.

seasider71 PS5 really is a tough console to defend because it doesn't have that many games or even exclusives. I have one myself (well, two, the second is up for sale).

The PS5 disc games I have are Demon's Souls and Ratchet & Clank. I've been playing Red Dead Redemption 2 mainly on my PS5, but kinda stopped due to not having time and being physically tired.

I'd say my hacked PS4 Pro to watch movies/shows on a USB. 😅

I know how desirable a hacked PS4 Pro is for some and here I am using it for something I could use an Android TV Box.

I've also got a PS5 plugged, but as that's offline and factory reset it doesn't have the official media player which I've no clue how good it is. I'm not gonna update it as it's on firmware 7.00 and it'll eventually become hackable.

PlayStation consoles when hacked are pretty cool, gives a lot more freedom to the user to use. Xbox users don't have to bother with stuff such as hacking as M$ is pretty laxxed and allow to use emulators and apps for various types of stuff.
