Vipon FAQ
Help
1. What is Vipon?
Vipon is where you can register for discount codes to redeem on Amazon products.
Third-party sellers have to compete with each other to get the best seller status and for lots of reviews on Amazon. By giving you a discount code, they hope (but cannot force) to gain more reviews and increase their sales.
2. Can I really get free stuff?
A Latest Dealer said, "Yes you really can get free items which are listed throughout the day on the Vipon site. Search from lowest to highest price to see them."
3. How does it work?
Go to the website to see products being offered by third-party sellers. You may need to switch to the UK version of the store. If you want to apply, you'll need to register with your alias details. Once you've done that you can click on instant deals and then either search for items by price or just have a browse.
Once you have found an item you would like to purchase click on the instant deal tab under the picture and this shall open a window with the product on it.
Click the instant deal blue button and that shall reveal a discount code. Copy the code and click go to Amazon.
Add the item to your basket, go to checkout and enter the code in the relevant box.
Click apply code and this will show the price you have to pay, please be aware that on occasion some codes may not work or show a higher/lower price but whatever the cost is on Amazon that is the price you will pay and if you are happy with that simply click to order.
4. It sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?
There is no catch. If you get a free item then it is your item. There are notifications that state you do not need to leave reviews for any items purchased via Vipon.
It is against Amazon's terms and conditions for brands to encourage you to write a review.
However, having good reviews on your Amazon profile may prompt sellers to be more inclined to give you discounts.
Latest Deals has no affiliation with Vipon or any similar site and does not endorse the company. This post is for information purposes only.
5. What time do the new deals go live?
The website was recently re-launched (and re-branded). There used to be a 5AM schedule where the site was updated and the majority or deals/free items were listed.
The site now updates several times a day with no set time. Deals and freebies have been located at all times morning/noon/night. You need to have a lot of patience and perseverance.
6. Do I have to write an Amazon review if I buy the product?
You do not have to leave a review for any item purchased. It is optional.
7. The product didn't arrive. What do I do?
A Latest Dealer said, "If you have not received an item contact Amazon direct. They have a fantastic customer service team who I have found to be very helpful in resolving any issues you may have and also calling them rather than using the online chat facility really helps too."
8. The product was free but I had to pay delivery. Is that right?
"It really does benefit having Amazon Prime if you shall be purchasing regularly from Vipon. You can easily get your money's worth from just 1 or 2 orders alone and if you don't have Prime most things will have a delivery charge."
Remember, you can get a free trial of Amazon Prime.
9. How do I switch to Vipon UK?
10. What does "FBA" mean?
FBA means fulfilled by Amazon. The seller is saying Amazon will distribute the product.

Great explanation Tom !
Just a tip from someone who has been using Vipon for over a year:
If you are buying something that is discounted rather than a freebie,it is always worth price checking the item (on Amazon/ebay etc) as occasionally sellers will inflate their prices during 'promo runs' and you don't end up getting such a good deal.
For example a set of headphones were listed recently on Amazon as £25, on Vipon you could get a discount code for £10 off HOWEVER another seller on Amazon was selling the exact same headphones for £12.99 normal price.
Can someone help me please, I've been looking to purchase a few things from different sellers using a code from Vipon, however, ALL of the sellers who I wanted to purchase from don't ship to the UK.. Is there anything that I can do about that?
Hello, have you done the steps in the last question of the FAQ: changing the store to Amazon UK and pressing refresh?
