Hello there lyndapindard, I am not sure what kind of refunded are you waiting for? Was is for item that you purchased using this site? If you can give some information then maybe someone will be able to advise you.

Hi I order was for watch and jacket request refund because I could get size up that was about 20 November the invoice no was 1664555_0_18385504 transaction I'd 90u35872LM48241R still haven't been refunded thanks Mrs lynda pindard

Right, this sounds like you need to go directly to the retailer that you place the order from. Here on Latest Deals members place an offers that they find interesting but once you click on it, it takes you to the retailer and if you have any problems with your purchase you need to contact them.

Which retailer was this from? You need to get in contact with the company, whether via email or live chat.

Yesterday, my refund on an Amazon product was delayed so I opened up live chat, explained and got it solved.

This site would have only provided the details on where to get the deal from.

The link would have taken you to a website, from which you would have completed your purchase...what site did it take you to? What is it you were actually buying?

Sometimes just need to wait....and it can take 4 weeks. It happened with me with Zalando and also with Amazon (other seller)

Sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with something you’ve ordered. As our members have helpfully pointed out - the Black Friday App and this website is like a forum or Facebook group - people share the deals they find at shops (like Amazon or Tesco) here. We don’t actually sell anything ourselves.

Please reach out to the shop who will hopefully be able to resolve your problem (perhaps check your emails or Paypal receipts to see who the shop was?)

Failing that a sensible next step would indeed be to raise a dispute with PayPal.
