When Is the Best Time To Go to Sleep & Get Up & Do You Still Feel Tired Even If You Do Get Lots Of Sleep.
You need around 8 hours sleep if possible but if not as long as you have good quality sleep so that can be less hours..
I go to sleep around 10pm but then I wake up around 6.30am, I have no need to wake up so can be annoying. I generally feel sleepy in the afternoon and go for a walk to keep awake.
The best time is when you're tired apparently being over tired doesn't do you any favours, you'd probably then wake up naturally after 6 to 8 hours later and that should do it.
My smartwatch is telling me best time to sleep would be 10pm till 6am but getting up at that time seems very early.
The best time to go to sleep is when I am tired. The best time to get up is when I am no longer tired.
There was an old wives tale back in the day that stated an hours sleep before midnight was worth two after midnight.
Can't be right though.
