Why is Apple so Expensive and Why Do People Keep Buying It?
Other
I mean, I can afford the iPhone but for the price I don't feel they are very good value for money. I could buy other things which cost the same which would give me far better value and enjoyment...
Your thoughts?
Personal choice I suppose, I have the latest ipad and I love it so simple to use its just fantastic. I won't buy the latest iPhone though my se does me fine. I live in a blackspot with no signal so the fact I can still call using wifi calling is fantastic, and FaceTime ect.
Not really sure why Apple products are so expensive. I have seen loads of iPhones with smashed screens so they are obviously not particularly all that durable.
As for why people keep buying it, I think the trend has died off a bit over the last few years as I have been hearing about and seeing more and more people using other smartphones such as Samsung, Sony and others.
If you asked me this 3-5 years ago I would have said because Apple’s hardware is so much better. But Samsung and Google have really caught up and there’s less difference.
I have an Apple iPhone 6S which is quite a few models behind now, but it’s still going strong and I’m paying £8 p/m on a SIM-Only contract.
When it dies I’ll seriously consider switching because as you say, there isn’t too much difference between them.
Very true, I haven't really seen that much difference between every iteration of the latest iPhone. I agree, Samsung and Google are way ahead in terms of features. It seems Apple is lagging behind.
Apple has a huge amount of loyal fans who always want the latest products. With this high demand they can get away with selling it at a price that far exceeds the cost to make it.
Me and hubby are iphone lovers for 5 years ago when we switch to samsung i found i could do a lot of stuff in my android till now we still love samsung lovers. Had money apps u can download and earn, but it up to your choice when u buy a phone.its a matter of choice.
