Wild Orange Blossom Oil

Freebies

So who applied to the wild orange blossom oil and have you had someone want to contact you? I did provide a number and a bloke called me this evening and sounded all very odd, about watching a power point presentation etc to understand the oils. I told him i could only do during the day but he cant.....all sounded very odd just wondered if anyone else has had the same??

Ye, no. 1 rule of Freebie Hunting... never give out your "actual" phone no, just make one up if you need to. No phone no... no calls from weird people! lol!

Yip always use a false or secondary email address you rarely use and false telephone number.

Never put your real age or address on the internet either.

As an IT security analyst you wouldnt believe the info people can get from just a few details.

Most people dont realise that when you post a photo on the internet it can sometimes hold your exact location and more info within the metadata in the file itself and criminals will use it along with the fact you just told everybody you are in holiday in Spain and your property in UK is empty to burgle you after having a look at your home on Google maps streetview - TRUST NO-1!

I wrote to them that I would like to get the lemon oil, they offered a free sample in the facebook advertising.

I attached my address, than a guy wrote me back to share my phone number with them, because he wants to call me to know more about me which product will suit me. Than I wrote him back, that the lemon oil sample was offered freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......he wrote back, that he needs my phone number and after this it ended, because it is a scam.........

Was this Doterra by any chance? they do 'free samples' most months it would appear. not one ever arrived at my house. @Agnes, Yes, that happened to me on my 3rd attempt with them. I messaged them and they replied back they needed my phone number. I didn't reply. previous 2 attempts were via webpages and applying, not facebook. I note at facebook many people mentioned being phoned and being told to watch a video. I avoid them now. Scammers.

It depends on the individual person who is offering / promoting the freebie. DoTerra work like Forever Living, kind of like a franchise - you pay for a starter kit, go self employed and try to make money selling their products (kind of like Avon too!). So any freebies from DoTerra are likely to be offered by a self-employed individual and with so many individuals selling them they pop up all over the place! Sounds like the individual who you applied for the sample from likes the ‘hard-sell’ technique, I’ve had a couple of freebies from them; one was sent with no problems or contact and the other was sent after a few emails going back and forth. So I think it depends on who you request DoTerra freebies from as to what kind of experience you will have from them!

I would love to try the DoTerra essential oils, but even they offered the free sample, they do not want to send it. They want to call me and I do not want them to do that. Maybe I would buy some products from them, but it is very unlikely if they push it this way.

i think the whole thing is to get people to watch the video hoping you become a sales rep like avon forever etc......i stopped answering his calls....he was very strange!!
