Will You Be Buying Christmas Presents for Your Pets?
Ask a Question
Will you be buying your Dog or Cat a Christmas present this year?
I usually treat my cats to a tin of a Christmas Dinner themed food from a brand like Lilly's Kitchen and now that I have a dog I'll be doing the same for him and will probably get a xmas themed toy.
I am not a pet lover, but I do buy a present for my niece's "fur baby" as she always wanted a dog growing up, but wasn't allowed, so it was the first thing she did when she moved out. It's only something small, but she really appreciates it, as she dotes on her dog.
Yes we will ,always have, same as yesterday for our daughter's 25th birthday, we wrapped presents from our 2 cats foe her...
I always used to buy my pets Xmas presents. Used. To have a stocking for the cats. My boy loved his
I and other family members will generally buy small packs of treats for our cats and chinchilla. We used have dogs so they would get treats also. My daughter now has a crab, not sure what you buy a crab for Christmas, any ideas much appreciated!
eyeballkerry Some of his favourite food? I don't know enough about craps as pets lol.
Kitty10 That’s not funny . I won’t pass that comment onto my daughter. ( I see the funny side) we do have a rule in our house, we don’t eat our pets.
I don't do Christmas or birthdays, my fur baby gets fed, watered, insured, treats, toys, leads & collars, beds in 3 rooms, walks, love, hugs, pawdicure, all year round..but definitely a roast dinner with me on said day.
Yep. My dog gets a few toys wrapped up to open. Always has done. Even has his own mini tree to put them under. He'd be devastated now if he didn't get any. He gets a bit of Christmas dinner too & treats after. He's very much spoilt & a part of our day.
I do love to spoil my cats but I doubt i will get them anything for Christmas. I’d rather use that money for food for a food bank. My cats will get their fair share of meat from christmas dinner anyway.
Yes I have a little stocking for my dog I put his treats in a I get him a new jumper every year
Yes definitely they get them all wrapped up they get so excited my oldest dog knows Santa's been and screams the house down lol it so cute watching them I get my daughters cats also they are part of our family not just a pet
Oh definitely yes! Me and my little boy always buy things for our cats! He loves to choose them and wrap them up! I think also it teaches the,it’s as good to give as it is to receive.
For the cat no, but for the dog yes a dog soft toy . Already have it a Penguin bought from Wilko in their closing down sale only about £3.00 so didn't break the bank.
Every year, birthday and christmas my dog will get presents! Even the grandparents buy for him
I always give my dogs Christmas presents and they wrap them too, so they can open them. I always make them a Christmas dinner too
Of course he gets presents and he loves opening them too. More impressively he usually buys us presents too! I suspect he might get outside help with the buying though!
