Has anyone used yoti? I've the misfortune of using it.
The most useless app ever. Now on day 4 of trying to get into it and access my account. If you change phones you have to effectively create a new account and then can't create a new account because your data is on the old account. Apparently the issues are my phone and not the app. A 2 year old could make a more easier app to use. Avoid like covid if you can. If my local council didn't demand I use it for their records I really wouldn't. Horrendous app. Apparently it's user friendly.
I don't have the app but I had some bother years back applying for the physical card.
TheChimp for my local council department are using it so we can file online documents instead of paper documents
New app and had to google it. Sounds okay in theory but would need to try it to say more
