Free entry for those under 1.2m tall– max 4 free under 1.2m tickets with the purchase of a Day Ticket. Please book your free under 1.2m ticket in advance. On the day of your visit, head to the Ticket Sales building for a height check prior to entry.

Guests with accessibility requirements:

Free carer ticket – you may be entitled to a free carer ticket, just add to your basket. Carer tickets must be collected in-person by showing your reservation and valid documentation at the Accessibility Kiosk located after security checks.

Ride Access Pass – if you are unable to queue due to a condition or disability you may be entitled to a Ride Access Pass. You must apply online at least 7 days before your visit. This can be completed here after booking your park entry tickets. Ride Access Pass reservations to our UK resort theme parks have moved online, you will need to pre-book your Ride Access Pass before your visit.
