No even full HD only 720p . Bought last month new Full HD 1080p TV from Amazon for £69 . If you spend around £150 , you can get a 4k TV
720p at 32" I would say was a decent resolution for normal viewing distances. It's a basic set and £100 is not a lot for a large screen TV but still there has been better offers and better sets don't cost much more. Personally I like android based TV's as you can just install the apps you want to them and its all in the same box without needing to connect other devices like firesticks etc.
