It looks like you are new to Latest Deals and not yet familiar with how the site works.
Deals get posted on Latest Deals by members of the public (like you and me) when they spot them, to help each other save money.
Latest Deals works like a community forum. It is not a shop, and does not sell anything itself.
You can see when a deal was posted by looking next to the Original Poster’s (OP) avatar.
What the OP does not do is to keeping checking whether the deal he/or she posted remains valid, or whether the price changes.
Latest Deals relies on its user community to report deals that have expired, and/or price changes. To report a deal please click on the three black dots (usually top right). Once a deal has been expired it is usually then displayed ‘greyed out’.
Once you start using Latest Deals regularly I expect you’ll find it as brilliant as the rest of us.

In the case of this deal, if you look next to my avatar, you will see I posted it 12 months ago. It has expired.
Which is why a) it appears greyed out, and b) it is already marked 'expired'
