Another fake deal, this is a child's camera with adult camera styling. There is no real zoom it is only digital zoom which just crops the image. The 48MP resolution is just upscaled and I doubt it even has auto-focus as there is no mention of a macro mode so likely fixed focus. Yes 4K maybe possible but its no different to cheap action camera many of which give true 4K nowadays. The lense comes out from teh body but why? there is no optical zoom so it could have just been in the main body it would make no difference. It's just to give it a fake real camera appearance. The so called anti-shake is likely an increase in the ISO gain with more noise so they can increase the shutter speed. The picture quality will reduce if you use it. The same camera restyled on amazon.com/ states 'age range: kid' but that doesn't appear to be the case here. Buy a real secondhand digital camera from CEX with real optical zoom, different apertures, real auto-focusing etc. It will be a lot cheaper than this and give far better results. This is e-waste.
