Not even basic image stabilisation and the 20MP mode is extremely likely to be upscaled rather than true resolution. I would guess the image sensor is likely 12MP possibly less and the chipset perhaps just a basic allwinner chipset. It has basic functionality only but really apart from being 4K native at 30fps you might as well get something like this which is a fraction of the price;
