I would just delete the Microsoft 365 software on it. It is subscription after a year and another vampire payment. You can get free alternatives or cheap one off purchases for older Office software. It's madness to pay a subscription for software like this. Microsoft I believe provide the windows operating system free to computer manufacturers who also install Office 365 because Microsoft is hoping for long term subscription payments. So the price of the laptop is subsidised by Office 365 but obviously if you end up subscribing at the end of the year you will be wasting a lot of money over the next few years.
