A (25ml) single serving of Baileys has 5 teaspoons of sugar for 75 calories - equivalent to half a can of Coca Cola. Pubs & restaurants typically serve as a double (50ml) plus ice. Try measuring that at home. It isn't actually very much. I had no idea each glass I drank was 10 teaspoons of sugar, at the very least. Shocked!
