lydiafitzsimons OK that works, but what happens if I order a set and they turn out to be the wrong size, I mean I know my wife's sizes but these things are the same top and bottom (no pun intended) and she isn't. So can they be returned if she tries it all on and the size doesn't suit? And would it be a full refund inc the £1.99 (I know that's the law but I don't want any hassle.) I don't want to order 2 knowing that at least one would have to be returned then wait for a refund.
ashscot50 Hey, boohoo offer free returns within 28 days of purchase - I don't think that would include delivery costs however. Hope that helps
Actually you are wrong.
Under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, I have 14 days to notify the seller and return any goods bought online for a full refund INCLUDUNG delivery costs. That's not well known but it's the real reason why online sellers offer "free" exchanges because the law obliges them to do so.
Anyway, I've decided that chocolates are less hassle and a much safer alternative!
