That is an amazing deal. What a brilliant price for a TV that size and Argos too. Thanks for sharing
Great deal but I'm looking for an android tv for my mum with 50" screen size and this is too big with a basic Vestel operating system. I can see it being a brilliant deal for a lot of people.
Personally I would never buy a TV without seeing it first, just like I wouldn't buy a car without a test drive or house without viewing ( granted those are more considered purchases) The likes of Richer sounds or Sony shops set it up for you in a viewing room and distance from sofa, height etc is considered. Fair enough price if you're not bothered about quality of build, sound etc.
Anybargains I think some of the cheaper televisions are surprisingly good. This is likely made by Vestel and I'm currently using a Vestel set branded Finlux. It's difficult to replace as 3D tvs aren't very common anymore but its 4K and I still like the picture despite being a few years old. I personally think the issue here is more likely to be the basic smart features which may not get updated for very long. Maybe 3 years many of the apps will stop working and you will have to rely on an external box or a firestick etc.
Anybargains I might be wrong as I have not shopped at argos for several years, but they used to offer a 14-day money back guarantee, so making it possible to test the tv before committing 100%. I may be wrong though.
58 inch in size and smart, 4k UHD HDR LED Freeview and @ £229.99 I'm sure nobody can go wrong unless you are in to top brands, you will need big bucks too, top brands for this size and specks will rip your hearts out, i have a Bush and Hisense 50 inch both have brilliant picture quality and would recommend you to buy it,
It’s an amazing deal! Last night I ordered myself one as a birthday present. Today price went up by £110! I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’m upgrading from 32” to 58”, I might be watching from the other room now lol
it must have been some kind of glitch as Bush 50” was more expensive than the 58”.
I actually compared prices. Bush 43” is £299.99
I got 15” more at the same price!
just cannot believe I managed to get the deal.
I was watching it selling out in my 2 nearest shops
I had to venture out to get it (30min drive) but it was so worth it as the price went up to £339 today!
